My journey here
A life long interest in the metaphysical and the occult, combined with a strong intuition since a young age, I naturally gravitated towards energy healing. I don't believe there are any accidents, but we are led in certain directions and then have the choice to allow it or reject it. When I was introduced to Reiki in the spring of 2005 at a circle hosted by the Center of Living Light I was more intrigued by the messages I received in the meditations from spririt than Reiki itself. In my first guided meditation I recieved a soccer ball from spirit. It was so big I couldn't see passed it. I quickly realized that the soccer ball was my ego, and that I really had to work on myself as it was causing trouble in my personal and professional life. After attending circles for about a year I took my first Reiki class and then quickly advanced to the other levels. Since the first Reiki class it has been a life changing journey of personal exploration. In 2008 I became a Reiki Master and in 2010 an interfaith Minister of The Center of Living Light. Funnily enough, the summer after my first Reiki class my mother mistakenly gave me a necklace with a small soccer ball. She thought it was a globe of the world, but again, there are no mistakes. The soccer ball hang around my neck as a reminder of my giant ego. : )
About the same time as I began my Reiki journey, I was invited to a Level 1 Workshop in Seraphim Blueprint, with Ruth Rendely, by the same friend who introcuded me to Reiki. During the workshop I saw many angels in the room and was in awe of how strong the energy was, even without touch. It has been a long journey of about 1,5 years, until I finally finished level 6 in December 2008. On an individual level this is a truly wonderful energy to work with.
Finally, Reconnective Healing made its presence known to me via email and the Learning Annex in the fall of 2008. They invited me to a seminar with Eric Pearl, and after a search on Eric on the internet, I just had to go hear what he would say. What he said sounded to good to be true, so I signed up for the level 1 workshop to see for myself. That weekend I experienced some fascinating other worldly happenings, both on the table and while offering. I feel a childlike excitement while working with this energy, wondering what it will reveal next, as I am still in the process of exploring it fully. But as with all Energy Healing, the practitioner is not responsible for the healing, which takes place according to the agreement between the client, their higher self and the universe.
